re: Ann: Acquisition of Amapari Gold Mine and... There seems to be a huge list of risks and liabilities associated with MPBA.

- $47 million worth of legal claims.

- $3.2 million worth of claims against MPBA alleging rents are payable.

- tax claim for around $9 million.

- outstanding fines of $2.6 million and a criminal lawsuit against it alleging environmental crimes.

- five police investigations into environmental matters, bidding process irregularities and fraud.

I am sure investor will want some idea of how much it may cost to settle these cases before putting up +A$70M, otherwise BDR may be back for another +A$60 in a few months!
