Hi @Amac74 i'm trying to work out the value of FRM's existing egg business compared to the size of this acquisition. In the annual statement FRM had $30.3m of property, plant and equipment and $7.7m of biological assets (the chickens) - however the value of land has not been adjusted it states...
"Property, plant and equipment are stated at historical cost less accumulated depreciation and any accumulated impairment losses"
So I assume you cannot really compare value of property to understand scale of the acquisition. Anyone have any thoughts on how we can?
