Ann: Acquisition of an interest in PowerPlus now unconditional, page-27

So I went through the last years report, and looked at what they have achieved since. I've come to a number that I feel comfortable with. In liquid assets, cash and shares, then adding the assets of each individual company that PPK has shares in I believe my math is pretty close.

I decided to buy another 30k shares in my super today as it is lowering my avg there. The main reason is my math tells me that all assets for PPK at a minimum are worth $261 million, shares, cash, land, manufacturing etc. That makes a SP of $2.90. Then what the market has to decide is what is the IP worth for all the companies combined? I would think that has got to be worth at least another 50% added on top of this. But that number I have just pulled out of my, you know what. Either way I feel confident of 2 things;

1. PPK is still undervalued until it reaches a $4 minimum, therefore I bought more.
2. Pauly won't post today as it's too green for his liking.
