What chocbloc said is correct all the companies resources are tied in this very near term china expansion. Then they can grow organically into the USA once china is settled which should not be far off.
The 100 plants will be over say 5-7 years its a very large roll out and just a initial one i might add.
Most can clearly see where this is heading.
Market distortion can and will only last for a limited time tick tock.
