Volume is drying up.. The buyers will have to pay up some more if they want stock..
I expect we will see a bit come out when those shares are issued in the SPP. 8.5 -> 12c why wouldn't they.. I don't think the letter had even reached me when the SPP was closed.. Good case for claiming some bias against regional investors.
Some interesting names took up the original offer. I was surprised how well it was supported.
