I am interpreting this acquisition as positive. Despite the lingering lawsuit of 67k (a stipend really), easily solveable, we would be acquiring an obviously talented bunch of programmers locally that will fill the void Codium left when the last acquisition fell through. It also acquires some marketable ip enhancing the already attractive portfolio of xped patents.
Yes call me bullish and optimistic but I'm trying to see through the inexperienced management and looking long term.
I also think that we are following Marty's long term strategy for IOT not Athans simply due to his pedigree in the market. He would know the trends and all possible synergies moving forward.
