The amount of debt is very small and besides, Dr is also a partner of MI.
Anyway, if any further highlights - It could also put Xped as an IoT company in the lime light. Indirect PR. The debts were not Xped's. Its normal for a company to have debts and such small court cases.
I am sure Xped's lawyers will have taken this case into consideration during the acquisition process.
