I personally think that this would be a good fit for XPE.

Coming from a tech background I can see potential in this acquisition in what XPE might be trying to do.

Apart from the obvious data analytics benefits which would be available from this acquisition, think about a smart home scenario.

A customer could use facial recognition to Unlock Doors/ other equipment etc.

Once the user has unlocked the door/enter the house, the XPE Smart home platform will provide access to home lighting/home appliances at the touch of a button through a mobile device.

For me its Win-Win. Better Security and Seamless integration.

All hypothetical and IMO of course.
