At the end of the day the utah port is for junior miners, AGO was good value at the first bid, but no point in counter offer just because of ego's, let this one go get a good price for wodgina, and build these hydroxide plants... in 5 years time the graphite side of the business will be pumping also.
Min possibly have the best quality natural graphite mine in ox under its wings in HXG and best quality synthetic graphite production method with low cost and high quality in HZR.
Although it seems with the Bulk Ore Shuttle System they may have needed extra port allocation from AGO?
i dont think its the AGO ore asset but more so, like said before a blocking state to stop MIN form every expanding its business into RIO's and FMG's markets.
