Garbage... AGO was in doldrums when MIN offer came in... You dont put a premium offer to company thats loosing money & risk of going belly up, no one was interested at the time... I think the offer at the time was quite good enough for AGO but now with counter offers its bcm bit of a cat fight... Also I dont feel there will be a outright takeover bid for AGO any time soon, otherwise they wouldnt buy 19.9% but launch a full takeover offer already... Its all about blocking MINs offer & keeping one foot in the door...
