Another fragile male ego needing to assert itself with some gender bashing. Get back to the stock and leave gender out of it huh? Simon himself has said he needs more diversity.
As for DGL the last update flagged an improved second half. I'm a little surprised that it's drifted lower into the result as I'm expecting (hoping for) some improvement and a solid result. It's not like there isn't plenty of demand for what DGL provides.
