Spot on. DGL is now a one man show. Simon's acquisition strategy never stops. The Board recently declined another major acquisition. I was surprised this one went through. There are a lot of issues within the company, especially in their finance and operation departments. I can't believe someone here said DGL has good HR management (actually it's one of the worst I've seen).
I'll stop posting here until the HY results announcement comes out, and see how many people still celebrate at that time.
