Gets a thumbs up from me, if anyone can make it work ARB can, relatively small cash buy for them, so worth a punt.

Also:

"ARB will retain all existing staff and management and the Truckman business will continue
to operate in the usual way with the added support of ARB’s expertise and resources.
Michael Wheeler and Richard Langman, the long-term Chairman and Managing Director
respectively of Truckman, will continue to manage the business."

So none of this 'new broom sweeping clean...we're doing it this way now', I'm guessing it'll be a gradual and subtle change in culture to the ARB way. But then again, what would I know, I just have continuing faith in the company, seems to be working OK in the hardest and most competitive market in the world.
