ARB has a long history of buying companies in Australia and New Zealand at a very good price to gain access to new products and even more importantly expertise in specific areas. I suspect that the specific manufacturing expertise that Truckman has will add to the list of R&D that ARB has and new products will be on the Australian (and world) market in time. I think we can give the ARB management the benefit of the doubt here and it is good to see they are using the cash to continue to growth the company.
