On face value looks like a smart little acquisition, however I do not like that they used the announcement to do a "pseudo" call down as part of it .

Also seems a little vague !

Excluding the AxSym acquisition, the financial year has started slower than the previous year, with delays experienced with several larger clients. This is primarily a timing issue, and the Company still expects revenue for the full year to be marginally higher than the previous year

I assume this statement is excluding AxSym ? or is in inclusive if it is inclusive that is very bad news.
