SAU are into gold, silver, lithium and rare earths exploration. So, it wouldn’t raise any red flag with the ASX as it is within compliance guidelines. Most commodities are in batteries, so it looks like SAU wanted to get a head start and beat everyone else and acquire this Battery Technology Company.
