the market has had a zero value ascribed to these assets imo. in fact they have been nothing but a liability to UML for years. This deal will put $100k in their pocket, take the liability off their balance sheet and release $5.63million back to UML over 3 years. Happy to see Bendigo gone! Time to move the company forward restore shareholder value.
