I think there is something cooking. The SP managed to bounce 20% from the lows so far.
Today's jump could have been due to the news Tattarang was taking ownership of Akubra - an iconic Australian hat brand.
However, what interests me is what is happening with Saputo. What are they going to do if the ACCC blocks the sale of the processing plants which are soon to no longer be locked in the MG 10 year deal with Coles. The only thing I can think of is rebidding at a more sustainable processing rate which will narrow the price difference between branded and generic store brands. Things might get interesting.
