Cooper Tires business going away from us isn’t absolutely certain (as far as I’m aware) even if it is more than likely to happen. But that possibility is still some time off.

Cooper was 14% of revenue and 18% of NTD profit.

Back of envelope...with this acquisition, now maybe closer to 12% of revenue and 15-16% of profit??

Also, I believe management were eyeing off a couple of acquisitions, so it will be interesting to see if they’ll digest this one first or snap up something else in the not too distant future.

PS. I do like the new tie up with Michelin, one of the world’s premier tire manufacturers.
