IMO there is a lot to like about this bolton. A highly compatible business with the obvious benefit of rolling an already sucessful business out nationally to NTD's advantage. The tidbit of the sustainable nature of the retread facility should not be overlooked either. Funding bodies and investors are now looking at ESG issues and this enhances NTD from an ESG point of view. Not a huge deal but a nice one and neatly fills a gap in the NTD business.
