a few things about this project...........and i will leave you too it.......
No power......the nearest sub station is 40+km away, and the inevitable property disputes with running a new line.
No water......KCN could not source any water, which was all 30+km away
A 500kva power line runs through the middle of the proposed open cut...cost to divert....5-15M
A public road runs through the middle
A tailings dam needs to be built on the catchment to important agricultural areas.
The project area is currently being cultivated and limed, to upgrade the pasture, and locals are employed to repair and maintain fencing.........(yes, KCN turned to farming!)
KCN even looked at a defunct cement plant to consider it as a processing plant..(easy peasy)
The project has a history of owners who drill it and flip it........over a 30 year history
SVL has tenements next to Bowdens that do not even have the same rhyolite volcanics that hold the deposit!!
The jv with TMZ is old ground drilled by Delta Gold, 25 years ago..........they found nothing and moved to the Solomon islands......
Newmont held the ground and didnt even bother looking at it

are you beginning to get the picture ?............if the project is so good, why couldnt KCN get it going? why is McClure flipping it before he has even bought it (or paid for it)........can you not smell it ?
