Cash price looks cheap - most of the price paid in shares.
Proceeds of raise - mostly "exploration". AUZ is just an exploration company now! What happened to the last how many years and $millions developing Sconi?! FFS!
That said, I bet they release something at some point to say they have proven up a huge resource and they are talking to potential partners to develop. SP will go through the roof for while with new speculators. Sound familiar?
