Certainly is a big deal and possibly company transforming in the process, along with near term drilling in Botswana.
The good thing is most of the Brazilian tenement applications are granted meaning we can apply to do ground work and drilling without a hitch.
The other note is We must spend $1,000,000 in the first year after the acquisition takes place.
That means we will likely hit the ground running, we have a total of approx 170 sq/km tenement packages. So a lot will be able to be achieved in a relatively short time frame, such as mapping and rock chip sampling, surveys etc.
The big one though is the 10 sq/km tenement 20km from MEI, just look at the MEI chart since acquisition, we could do something similar if we find ionic rare earths too.
