I think it will be more than 3-4 weeks. They have 60 days to complete DD and then meeting and other stuffs like CR etc. My guess is at least 3 months. But now nothing in our hand as it is under suspension so just wait and find out more if tnd communicate with their shareholders this time.
At the mean time we can do some research on this BRIGHT-LEDLtd .
I have started to look into it but will do detail research during weekend. At the mean time I found these two working for BRIGHT LED in Israel
