@michaelhp I hear what you are saying but the issue with your theory is that the dilution was kept as a secret to the market and that all of a sudden everyone woke up and $50m of market cap appeared out of nowhere. Markets don't work that way. The likely dilution has been known of for a long time and the confirmation of some of it has been known for months. The market has accounted for much of it IMO.
The dilution has been a factor in recent share price weakness but not as significant as you suggest.
I would argue the short term higher costs and some delays are as much to do with it. I think the continued expansion of their settlement book over the coming months will change sentiment and I'd be surprised to see the SP go near 11c/12c as you suggest.
If you look at things from a purely technical basis the recent SP downward drift has been on very small volumes after large volumes had bought in leading to the rise into the 20s. I would think this suggests it is a short term drop. I also think technically there will be significant support around the 14.5c to 15c area. You would do well to find people willing to sell below that technical level.
I believe in the need for ISXs tech, strong management, the large market they are targetting, their business model and the impressive margins they will ultimately be able to produce. I plan on holding for a number of years, so of course I'll time buying as best I can, but the short term movements are not a significant issue.
