Very disappointed in this announcement and not why I bought in
curiosity killed the cat. I wondered what they were acquiring, and am sorry I didn't understand the implications of their history of a VS instead of just a TH.
Had I done so, I would have sold out on the open this morning
for a profit, to boot.
I will take a small loss and buy elsewhere.
