I sold around 50% of my holding on the announcement at between 6-8.

I don't think this is a bad play - its the best thing tey could pull off given the horrible capital structure.

Note the options to CPS out of this deal... this will absolutely run but its going to take time, the approach I have always taken with Valor is to have the balls to average down when the opportunity arises - in covid crash I was buying when no one else was.. get to know management too as they are genuinely trying to turn the ship around.. never forget that the current management did not choose to go to Peru .. that was the previous guy.

anyway.. now we wait for the fortunes to turn in Canada, finger on the trigger to buy more again if the opportunity presents.. .otherwise ill sit on the 5 odd mill I have left.

even with the dilution, don't forget that 1C Is only a 30M cap... how may explorers do we see run to 60-90M when the sector turns hot...…this will turn hot attain.
