Yes I understand that the total deal amounts to $80mill with a 50/50 split of cash and scrip. $40mill we already have so the other $40mill to be paid in the way issued securities (500mill) which is where I find the assumed value of 12.5 cents. we do not need to capital raise to finalise this deal but after rading the purse I do see a inevitable capital raise to get these projects to production unless they can pull a rabbit out of a hat.
