They have only listed peers for the comparison. That is, brines in North America that have infrastructure already in place (skilled labour force, paved roads, gas, electricity, water supply, railway, stable government, no corruption, low taxes, no royalty payments). Everyone knows the brines in South America are higher grade, but these come with little if any infrastructure, government corruption etc. Not valid comparisons. Best to just compare Prairie with other Canadian and US brine resources. Grade is only one element - impurities (type and concentration), depth of brine, pressure of brine, porosity, DLE technology etc are all important in gauging production costs. I'm sure Paul and his team have done their due diligence on this and I back them over a handful of trembling peanuts on hot copper.
