correct me if I'm wrong. If the 500,000,000 shares are to be valued at 40 million, does that then give each unit a price of 12.5 cents? So technically they're getting them at a premium of at least 70% off the current price? If so, do both parties value the company at atleast 12.5 cents now, when the deal was negotiated or when settlement takes place in February?
