The last sentence i beleive is the announcement "The acquisition will not have a material impact on earnings for FY21".
Meaning this is a strategic approach to grab some market share into government IT recruitment and utilise Halcyon Knights for back office grunt for growth in this area....
PPE continue to compete with the market on M&A activity and overpriced multiples. PPE may continue to diversify further (As they have done with Vision) aquiring businesses that are not traditionally people orientated. New CEO may have some further input on the diversity of future transactions.
