re: Ann: Acquisition of Capricorn Investment ... dont know much about the stock but been watching as though it may have been cheaper entry than slater and gordon

tend to agree with your thoughts re acquisition -also dont seem to be real strong brand names so very dependent on the key staff- i know that is why they have the delayed payments and earn outs etc but looks a bit of a whim to me

also fum growth pedestrian in a good market generally and three times revenue pretty healthy i would have thought

that all said and done it would not take a lot to get a fair jump in profit as the gross margins are ok but lots corporate exes and marketing and "other" which will drop relatively with the bigger business one would expect
