Rather than another acquisition that was being looked for CIPL end's up sold, basically a done deal by 3 majority holders, no option for other holders.
A couple of players get jobs, negating loss for them should targets not be met, and a couple of exchanges on boards. As to my feeling re the deal, I believe a good big guy will always beat a good small guy, and this big guy has 2 years to do just that. I intend to be out asap. My personal thoughts only.
