I'm confident that Quantum have now done the ground-work to set themselves up for solid gains in turnover revenue for 2020. As long as the finances are in place, I feel the latest acquisitions should be profit accreditive within months. However, impact on profits may depend on how smoothly the change in ownership goes, and whether the existing customers of Carestream are confident that Quantum can meet, and indeed, exceed their expectations. The opportunity for "value adding" is also in existence here.
