    if you want to pay above/ below the peer group for green fields, then you need to know what the capital structure is, what is the FD position for the sp you pay.

    It is irrelevant what any other company that TK was involved with did. Only the drill bit will decide its position to peers.

    And it is nowhere near regionally the geological magic that is pmt or wr1.
