I think there is a typo in the announcement. Where they state they purchased the centres outside of the Incubator Agreement for cash rather than scrip "to reduce the dilution impact on existing shareholders"
...they really meant to say "because Genius prefers cash at 5x a 2023 forecast than scrip on a 4.25x 3 month historical"
