It's worth doing a bit of research into this Highline project. Have a look at an old United States Geological Survey report here on page 112: https://pubs.usgs.gov/pp/0162/report.pdf
Quite detailed and technical but talks to pretty high grades of cobalt (as mentioned in DLC announcement). If further exploration is similar in nature this could be a game changer for holders:
