This project is almost as good as a wet dream.
Realistically there won't be many shares to trade once the ball starts rolling as almost 50% is in the hands of people / institutions that won't sell.
Look at the buy line 230 mil that's almost 10% of the company as it stands today.
You bidders aren't going to get them at that price, you are dreaming.
