It's good to see the coffin lid has finally lifted on this and there is some upside for life to be injected back into the stock price. This is a 3 to 6 month journey to clear the various regulatory hurdles and then get drilling to prove up the resource. A Perilya redux would be an excellent Xmas present.
The positive is the macro outlook for cobalt is positive for the the balance of the year according to Benchmark's analyst -
