Totally disagree, you need to research the Gascoyne area which is so so rich in REE and Lithium- See below for the FNT and compare this to HAS and you will see the massive potential for EMT !
Look at the cash balance and what 5 years cash remaining, this is because all REE in Gascoyne starts at shallow surface depth which means it is extremely low cost extraction !
Just watch EMT run hard back up to 6 cents again, if you watch the trading it is very clever accumulation happening at these low levels !
