I only hold options in OAR so I can't assist. I have been in a similar situation with another company that managed to gather over 5% in a bid to call a 249D meeting.
I think it needs careful planning before calling it and any conversation needs to be off-line so management can't read your plans.
Where the other company fell over was that they didn't plan properly. They wanted to spill the entire board but had no-one in mind to replace them!!
Same with this company. It's all well and good to call the meeting (which costs the company some $$$) and vote to remove one or all of the board but who are you going to get to fill their positions?
Something to consider while you're gathering shareholders and numbers.
