Its seems a long way from profitability. 2 divisions are shrinking in revenue and EBITDA. Good growth in cyber but the EBITDA margin is under 5%. This is the problem with Cyber. No margin. No moat. Now the board structure is littered with non-independents. So governance will be an issue. I think that there is only 3 independents on the board and 4 non-independents. 7 directors?!
