You're probably right but I do feel for DCN holders.
Once again the little guy is left holding the empty bag.
If I held DCN shares I would be voting NO.
They would have more chance regaining lost capital if they continued their stockpile processing plan and using the FCF to continue building reserves.
There is literally zero fat built into this offer.
Comparing the offer to DCN's 5 and 10 day VWAP is taking the piss.
You're probably right but I do feel for DCN holders. Once again...
