I like this acquisition and in general the announcement a lot.

• Brings in stable profitable income stream.
• Allows DXN to develop business relationships with both government and private sector entities possibly leading to more contracts.
• Seller is being paid $200k in shares at 20% premium of current SP and 33% premium to SPP. Seller shares are also in 12month escrow
• 3 year option to purchase the land
• DC Alliance fronting $1.25m and looking to invest a further $1.25m in December following approvals
• DC Alliance establishing strategic partnership with DXN
• Only 10% discount on last close and 16% on VWAP
