im inferring that it was for the combination

for the business they "are" i annualised the recent Sept Qtr revenue and
loaded in FY23 cost base and
im getting FY24 EPS $0.78 which at the current SP is about PE 9 -
so no change here

for the acqn i now agree with madamswer -- specifically PE 4 ish

the combination might be PE under 6

my PE < 6 is "like" hagetaka 5.4

so your answers are way different to ours !
im still thinking that mine are in the ballpark

which doesn't mean you are wrong --
