I believe they will pay down majority of their debt. It is prudent to be debt-free IMHO as the future is forever unknown. Thereafter they could raise the distributions back to shareholders. What I love is that if debt is paid off completely then all free cashflow is straight to bottom line and we as shareholders have a right to that cash. The BMA acquisitions is being completely overlooked by the market. It is EPS accretive from day dot.
From what I have read, there isn't any certainty on a sale of the 20% stake. Have you guys read that discussions with parties are being had? Or are you simply reiterating what the MD has stated is the objective in the past?
