Today I purchased a few more as confirmation the purchase has been completed ticks another box.
As others have said the company has in effect doubled in size albeit with a $1b loan and future payments due .
However with the additional earnings and potential sell down I am still suprised the value has not been recognised , no doubt once the sell down and management statement giving guidance to future earnings is transparent the price will adjust accordingly.
Having said that the market is often slow to appreciate transformational actions that companies complete time and time again.
