Agree.
Listed companies should actually have debt, else the balance sheet is lazy. I think too many peope confuse being debt-free being good when it is a mortage to debt-free being questionable when fudnding investments.
The met coal price has held up reasonably well since the initial announcement of the transaction which is pleasing.
