I agree with this assessment of that $5.75m ARR graph - it just illustrates how much ARR Brian & Co think they can generate from one client (if they sell them all their existing products).

Getting that sort of ARR from one single client would crank K2F's ARR figure nicely

Interesting that Decipher only has current revenue of around $300k. Have we seen this revenue number disclosed before?

It seems low for a "staff of 10" business that has been running for a few years - but it does sound like Deciphers revenues are just about to explode with the new tailings compliance that has been agreed by most of the worlds major miners.

Hence the $3.7m purchase price @ 32.73 cents per share - plus another 5,345,633 performance shares.

Really like the chart that showed how much scope there is to sell a lot more products to their existing clients.

2021 should be a really exciting year for K2F - and it wouldn't surprise me if year ended 30 June 2021 revenues were upwards of $8.5m (around a 50% increase on the $5.6m figure achieved last year).

And then I have high hopes for $13m + revenue in year ended 30 June 2022 (approximately 16 months time).

With a lot of these revenues being recurring SaaS, IMO these sorts of numbers do make a complete mockery of the current $34m market cap.
