We don't know if some of the software was developed before eaglesoft was formed and it is not true that none of the staff are developers according to linkedin. The bulk of the development is probably offshore or contracted out. The design and IP are the important things. I think it is great stuff, but could be costly to fully develop. Upside is huge with this type of ground breaking technology.
